Administrative AssistantAlicia brings over 20 years of customer service and over 14 years of financial industries experience to her current position as Administrative Assistant. Before coming to Eagle Point Alicia worked at a credit union specializing in fraud investigation and implementing training programs to help her staff and members recognize and help prevent fraud. Alicia is excited to be learning a new aspect of the financial field.
Alicia has certificates in Financial Counseling and BSA/AML through CUNA. She also has a certificate in Office Occupations through New Hampshire Community Technical College. She is continuing her education at Southern New Hampshire University to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Financial Fraud Investigation.
Alicia lives with her family in NH. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, hiking, and gardening.
